Connect Your Store to iotSoft
Connecting your store to iotSoft is a straightforward process. With a preconfigured backend integration, no parameters are required to connect your store with iotSoft. Here’s what you need to do to integrate your store with iotSoft.
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations and find iotSoft.
- Next, click the Connect button to complete the integration process.

What Happens When the User Clicks the Connect Button
When you click the Connect button, a GET API with request parameters, headers and venue id (store alias), is sent. If the API returns a success, the settings are saved, and the screen will display a connection successful toaster. However, if the API returns a failure, you will see an error toaster with the message, “The store is not found” and the connection will not be successful.
When the connection is successful, you will only view the Disconnect button under the iotSoft integration section.

Submit Orders to iotSoft POS
When a customer submits an online order at your store, GonnaOrder sends the order to iotSoft POS.
The order submitted includes all the order details, such as order number, items, price, etc. You can view and manage the orders from the iotSoft POS.
Disconnect iotSoft From Your Store
If you no longer wish to send orders to iotSoft, you can disconnect the integration. Simply click the Disconnect button on the iotSoft integration section.
